Shipping
We offer free standard shipping on all Canadian orders over $175 CAD.
We offer free standard shipping on all U.S. orders over $160 USD.
Please note:
Free shipping does not apply to remote regions, including Nunavut, Northwest Territories, and Yukon.
Shipping rates for these areas will be calculated at checkout.
Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email. Tracking details will be sent once your package ships.
FOR U.S. CUSTOMERS
No tariffs will be imposed on your order as all our products are protected under USMCA.
Our cotton is American-sourced.
Returns
We accept returns within 15 days of delivery - starting from the day you receive your package (not the shipping date).
To be eligible for a return:
- Items must be unworn and unwashed
- Items must be in original condition
- All tags must still be attached
- Proof of purchase is required
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these conditions.
How to Start a Return
To initiate a return or report any issues with your order, please email:

- Your order number
- The item(s) you wish to return
- The reason for the return
- Photos (if reporting a defect or issue)
We will respond with next steps and return instructions.
Additional Notes:
- Original shipping fees are non-refundable
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service (insured, as we are not responsible for lost return packages.
